We have a referral program called The BUZZ. Through this program, our team members use their peer networks to find candidates for job vacancies at Mountain Valley.
Why did we start The BUZZ?
Our team members are a valued part of our organization, and they have a unique and in-depth insight into our organization and work culture—and through them we are able to have high-quality candidates apply for employment at Mountain Valley.
Six months after the new hire’s employment, both the team member who made the referral and the candidate who was hired will each receive a The BUZZ t-shirt that can be worn at work on Wednesdays.

How to apply for a job at Mountain Valley
Applying for a job with Mountain Valley is straightforward, and we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Remember that while you can apply for as many positions as you’d like, each application must be completed separately.
To apply for a job follow these simple steps:
- Conduct a job search by reviewing our job postings
- Click on the job of interest and carefully read the description.
- Click “Apply” to begin the application process. We encourage you to apply for a job as soon as possible after it is posted to improve your odds of getting an interview.
- If it’s your first time applying, then you need to create a profile using your name, email address, and phone number. You will be sent a code to confirm your login. Once you log in, you can enter personal information, upload/add your resume and follow the steps of the application.
The job application process at Mountain Valley
If you’re selected from the initial application process, we’ll schedule an initial phone interview. From there, if your recruiter decides to move forward, your information will be forwarded to the hiring manager. They will then decide on scheduling an interview, either by video or in person.
