As a nonprofit organization, we serve anyone who needs hospice or palliative care — regardless of their ability to pay or insurance coverage. We believe this point in life’s journey represents an important moment to spend as much time as possible with family and those you love, so we will never turn someone away.
You can be a large part of our mission when you donate to hospice.
Memorial gifts
Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to honor the life of a loved one while supporting compassionate care for others. When a donation is made in memory of someone, Mountain Valley promptly acknowledges the donor and notifies the family listed in our medical records or provided at the time of the gift. Family notifications are prepared and mailed twice monthly, which may result in a brief delay. Please know that every memorial gift is recorded with care, gratitude, and respect, and directly supports patients and families we serve—ensuring no one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay.
All donations to Mountain Valley are tax-deductible. To donate with a check, you can mail the donation to the office or care center of your choice. Click here for the list of locations and their addresses.
