Grief support groups & bereavement programs
Grief can look different for every person. Mountain Valley offers grief support groups and bereavement programs that provide a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences and find support following the loss of a loved one.
Our grief support programs are available to members of the community, whether or not their loved one received hospice care from Mountain Valley.
Hospice education & community programs
Understanding hospice and serious illness care can help families make informed decisions when they need support most. Mountain Valley offers hospice education programs for families, caregivers, healthcare professionals and community organizations.
Educational events may cover topics such as hospice care, advance care planning, caregiving, dementia support, Veterans resources, serious illness care and navigating end-of-life decisions.
