Why become a hospice volunteer?
Hospice volunteering is about being present for people during an important time in their lives. Sometimes that means sitting and talking with a patient. Sometimes it means helping a caregiver, supporting an event or completing an administrative project behind the scenes.
No matter the role, volunteers are an important part of Mountain Valley’s mission to make Every Moment Matter for patients and families.
You can choose a role that fits your strengths, interests and availability while making a meaningful difference close to home.
