What’s THE BUZZ?
The BUZZ is an employee referral program where employees use their peer networks to find potential candidates for job vacancies within Mountain Valley.
Because employees know our organization and culture inside out, they are often our most valuable resources to bring in high-quality candidates. Through our employees, we are able to explain the value of the services we provide and our mission in a language that potential candidates will easily understand.
Mountain Valley values the input of our staff; therefore, this program provides incentives for staff who refer candidates that will make a long-term positive impact on the organization.
Additionally, after 6 months of new hire employment, the employee making the referral and the candidate who was hired will both receive an exclusive THE BUZZ t-shirt that can be worn at work on Wednesdays.
