Over the years, this water feature has welcomed many families, loved ones and friends as they come to spend time with very special people in their lives, preparing for what could be their final moments with someone they hold dear in their hearts.
The welcome garden is one of the first things visitors see as they enter. The gentle sounds of water trickling, bubbling and gently splashing across the rocks and sculptures give a sense of peace and tranquility at what may be one of the most delicate and precious times in their life.

allows us to invest more of our resources in providing care for those in need.
With your support, we continue to improve the hospice experience for every patient and family we serve with elements such as the Woltz Hospice Home water feature. Each year, Mountain Valley provides roughly $400,000 of charity care to patients who don’t have the means to pay for services. As a nonprofit organization, we don’t turn patients away due to inability to pay, but we rely on donations from our community to assist in supporting this effort.
