SOLSTUS (Surviving Overdose Loss Sanely Through Unity & Support) is for people grieving the overdose loss of a loved one. This group is facilitated by Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care, with support from the Addiction Recovery Care Association.

SOLSTUS offers the opportunity to:

• Talk about your loss in a confidential, nonjudgemental environment
• Discover resources to enable you to face and conquer the challenges of grief
• Learn ways to cope and care for yourself
• Develop a support system of peers sharing similar grief and loss

Mountain Valley Hospice’s grief support groups are open to the community at large, at no cost to the individual. Additional bereavement services, including one-on-one counseling, are also available upon request.
