Wall of Churches
Our Wall of Churches is a unique program designed for the faith-based community to participate in providing quality end-of-life care to all in need of the services of the Woltz Hospice Home and SECU Hospice Care Center.
We see an increasing number of uninsured and underinsured patients. To meet that need of every patient and every family, we invite your congregation to participate in this outreach ministry.
To become a member of the Wall of Faith, your church submits a total of $500 in donations. In return, we will proudly hang a professional photograph of your church on our Wall of Faith and gift one to you to be displayed in your church for your congregation to enjoy.
We encourage your congregation to participate in this outreach ministry and become a member of the Wall of Faith. Help us make a difference in the lives of Woltz Hospice Home and SECU Hospice Care Center residents at a critical time when it matters most.
